My Account

Click my account link at the top right side of our site, then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account

Registering for a funneystore.com account login is free and convenient. With your own account, you can store your shipping information for faster checkout, view your order history, and add bags to your wishlist to share with friends.

Click the “My Account” link at the top of our site and then click on sing in. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? “That link will send an email to you with your password.

After adding items to your cart, click the View Cart link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you’ll see a Gift certificate or promo code box where you may enter your coupon code or credit voucher code.

Sign in to your account. Click order history. Under order history, click the order number to view/print the invoice.

Simply click the unsubscribe link at the foot of the email. If you’re having any difficulties, please contact customer service who will be pleased to help.

Delivery

Yes, we ship internationally. Click here for a full list of countries we ship to.

We use next working day couriers for mainland Lagos delivery. All orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. Click here to view more details

Free nationwide delivery on orders over ₦50,000. As soon as your credit card, debit card or bank transfer payment is confirmed, or funds cleared if you paid by cheque (generally this takes up to 3 working days) we will ship the goods the same day or next working day .

All dispatched goods are fully traceable. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure these prompt deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by organisations or circumstances beyond our control. Also, if you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know when you place your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a specific time for delivery. Our couriers ACE deliver between the hours of 7am to 6pm

Yes, Orders received on or before 10:00am are processed and delivered same day within Lagos state and those that came in after 10:00am are scheduled to be delivered the next business day.

Also, from mondays to saturdays, but special arrangements can be made between us and a customer to process and deliver order outside these stipulated time and days.

We currently have a free delivery for paid order up to N10,000 and above within Lagos, N1,500 for order below N10,000. All orders going outside Lagos will attract N2,700 shipping fee, while heavy item charges may also apply if the total weight of an order exceeds 5kg.

Payment

You can order through our online store

We accept all major cards, bank transfer, postal order on our website, should you wish to pay by other payment methods, please contact our us after you placed your order. We DO NOT accept paypal.

If the payment is via Bank Transfer, funds should clear before dispatch. Uncrossed Postal order accepted, crossed postal orders are treated in the same way as cheques by the banks & as such can take 3 working days to clear. Credit / Debit card orders are delivered to cardholder’s address.

No, for security reason, your card details are not stored on our system. You will need to enter your card details each time you purchase from us.

Yes, we accept Point of Sales (POS) payment, Bank Transfer and Cheque

Yes, the price display in the online store thus not include VAT. But, this is calculate at the checkout

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders by phone; all orders should be placed online.

1 : Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we will let you know as soon as possible and you will not be charged. 

2: 3D Secure PIN 

You will need to register your Card and choose a 3D Secure PIN. This 3D Secure PIN will be required whenever you use your Card to make Internet purchases from participating merchants. The requirement of your 3D Secure PIN prevents unauthorized usage of your Card on the Internet, giving you more confidence about making secure purchases online.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details. Please ensure you review all your details before you complete the checkout process.

Please don’t delay submitting your order. All orders are processed first come first serve. Saving an incomplete order does not reserve the items you want. If you save incomplete order and submit at later date, many items on your order might be already sold out.

Refunds & Returns

All Sales Are Final. If by any chance any product has a defect, faulty bags can be credited or refunded within 3 days after receiving the goods, email for return authorization or your return will not be accepted.  

For change of mind cancellations and returns, postage will not be refunded , postage back to us will not be covered. 

Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. 

All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked . All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item, please allow 28 working days for credit or refund to be dealt with. 

Please attach a short note stating the reason for return, your order number. 

funneystore.com reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or may ban a customer from completing future purchases, if it is determined that a customer has a history of abusing the returns policy. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Deliveries within Nigeria will be charged at 7.5% VAT rate.

Customers in the Nigeria will be charged VAT at 7.5% unless they can provide a valid VAT number, please enter your VAT number when checkout.

Customers outside the Nigeria are not be charged VAT, however, you must send us all relevant shipping details and documents within 30 days of purchase.
